Flux Drop-Jet System

Single-Drop Fluid Dispensing • Selective Soldering • Designed & built in the USA

Flux Drop-Jet head dispensing flux onto a circuit board
Overview
Flux Drop-Jet head

Designed to control and dispense a single drop of fluid. A separate electronic module provides the on/off and drop frequency control of the drop-jet head. The source liquid flux material is stored in a pressurized container (1.5 to 15 psi) which supplies fluid to the drop-jet head. The system integrates readily into a variety of selective soldering machines and applications.

Capabilities
  • Precise application of flux to target
  • Compatible with all known flux chemistries
  • Fully maintainable and serviceable
  • Modular design allows servicing without tools
  • Retrofits into selective soldering machines
