Millennium ETH – Ethernet Pulse-Rate Totalizer & I/O Module

Network-Addressable • Modbus TCP & ASCII/TCP • Optically Isolated I/O • OEM Board-Level PCB Module

AMT Millennium ETH Ethernet Pulse-Rate Totalizer

A network-addressable pulse-rate totalizer and I/O module that connects pulse-output sensors and discrete signals directly to any Ethernet network. Counts and measures pulse rate on an optically isolated input, provides digital and analog I/O, and is accessed over Ethernet using either a simple ASCII/TCP protocol or Modbus TCP — selected by an onboard jumper.

A 56-bit non-volatile totalizer means the Millennium ETH never loses count through a power cycle and effectively never overflows. Rate calibration is field-adjustable and stored non-volatile. Firmware is field-updatable over Ethernet via a resident bootloader.

Available for OEM integration and private label. Volume pricing, DIN-rail or board-level supply available.

Typical Applications
Energy Submetering

Interface pulse-output kWh meters to PC-based energy logging, SCADA, or building management systems over standard Ethernet.

Flow Measurement

Connect turbine, gear, or paddle-wheel flowmeters directly to a network. Modbus TCP makes integration with PLCs and SCADA straightforward.

Run-Hour & Production Counting

Non-volatile count survives power loss — ideal for pumps, compressors, fans, conveyor drives, and batch counting on manufacturing lines.

Fuel & Fluid Dispensing

Precise batch totaling for fleet fuel management, chemical dispensing, and lubrication systems over an existing plant Ethernet network.

Industrial IoT / Edge Computing

Feed isolated pulse, analog, and digital data into any Ethernet-connected controller, edge gateway, or cloud IoT platform via Modbus TCP.

Remote Monitoring

Deploy in remote or panel locations — accessible over any IP network. Field-configurable IP and firmware-updatable over Ethernet.
