Robotic Calibration System

 


This P.C. based tool consists of

Two-(2) Lasers
Four-(4) Color Cameras with custom image/pixel measurement software
Two-(2) CMM Certified Tooling Plates with integral level sights.
The system is designed to calibrate a three(3) axis robotic machine
which has an integral printed circuit board conveyor.
The following calibration information is derived from this system:
  • Conveyor leveling plane
  • X and Y linear positioning error
  • X and Y rotational error
  • Z axis linear error
  • Overall conveyor alignment....using the second plate with laser
